Parker's Ridge Trail. If the weather is good, take a 5 km round trip walk on Parker's ridge which goes above the treeline. At 2.5 km along, the path leads to a viewpoint for the Saskatchewan Glacier which cannot be seen from the highway. It is the largest valley glacier in the whole system. - 118 km (167 km)
A long thrilling descent (500 meters) into the Saskatchewan River Valley. The views into the valley are awesome. - 128 km (157 km)
Cirrus Mountain Campground. - 143 km (142 km)
Rampart Creek Campground and Youth Hostel. This is another good place to stop if you have four days for the trip since it is the half-way point between Jasper and Banff.
